Do i have to see an eye Specialist?

Published by on April 8, 2010

i am 16, and have very healthy eyes. But I am worried about eye disorders. However, recently i have noticed that if i look at something really close up, my eyes will start vibrating/shaking. I have shown my parents, and all they have said is “oh well, that’s strange.” I want to know if this is normal, or should i see someone about it. I really, really don’t want to go blind if its causing damage.

I would definitely consult your doctor. Your eyes are very important and when there is a problem it is not as easy to fix as if you had a broken arm or something. Take it from experience, not to scare you but I passed off something as just from the sun (a fuzzy spot in my eye) and I ended up having bi-lateral retinal detachment and now as a result i’m legally blind. So always check it out.

Is there a specialist that can stop my eye from twitching?

Published by on April 4, 2010

Hello, every since I was a teen my right eye scwrench every time I saw words that require your mouth to close to pronounce. Example :B words, M words, P words, V words, etc…
What can I do to resolve this? Or is there a specialist that can give me treatment.

Have you ever gone to see an eye doctor/optometrist? If so the eye doctor can maybe help you without the help of surgery maybe. Just go to www.webmd.com and go to the bottom of the webpage and click on Find a doctor and it will give you a list of eye doctor’s in your area.
Good Luck

It is most likely tear duct problem, therefore if you want to search further try that route.

If you have medication for it ask your pharmacist.
