The doc thought I was crazy, but I know I am short sighted when at my age I should be long sighted and it is the removal of the thyroid I think that did it

my mom went to the doctor for "pink eye" but she’s having real bad headaches now??? is that normal?
pink eye COULD be associated with headaches due to squinting and light sensitivity….depends are they migranes? any loss of vision, floaters, black spots or severe pain seek help…have your mom wear sunglasses and stay out of the light if they are minor headaches and she should heal very quickly with the rx her doc gave her.

I heard on the Dr. Oz show that products containing petroleum or petrolatum have been associated with an increase risk of certain cancers in women. I think on the show it said that women who used lipstick or lip bam or petroleum had a higher risk of breast or another cancer. I would like to know the risk associated with mascara and eye shadow use? What happens when you constantly get these products in your eyes?
If mascara and eyeshadow increased the risk of cancer, nobody would use either one and the cosmetics industry would be bankrupt.
As for petroleum being dangerous, that’s not true. The man who invested vaseline used to eat a tablespoon of it a day and he lived to be 110. Additionally women have been using vaseline on their faces for decades and people have been putting vaseline on babies bottoms for decade. If what you heard on the Dr. Oz show were true, most of the population would have cancer. It can’t be true.
Its my first year in college & I’m hoping to get my associates degree. I don’t want to do any type of surgeries or anything like that. I just wanted to do eye exams and diagnose eye problems and stuff like that. I’m not sure what I should get my associates in, arts or science? And what other schooling would I need?

I have an aunt and she has associates who are always trying to get me to except her. Since I don’t want anything to do with her, how do I dump her politely. We don’t see eye to eye on anything and their opinion is the only thing that is important to them. Could someone with a positive IQ suggest a remedy.
Is there a reason that you can’t have a conversation with her in which you say just what you said in here?
